I agree with the Cpt. Your giving out the wrong signals for gun ownership.
If you are determined to have a gun then get down to a good clay club and learn to shoot safely and have respect for what you have in your hands. A good coach will nock out all the wrong stuff in your head and replace it with stuff you will love learning and respect, but find the money and go at least 3 x times before you buy a gun, for all our sakes.
As a coach I see this quite often on shooting grounds only to find that the guy has never had a shooting lesson before or has been shooting for 15 years and has just had the one lesson but far too late and acts like a chimp on speed, with a gun in his hands. Other shooters hate that.
Get a few lessons first.
