Put them in the empty gun when you want to store it.
Shut the gun and pull the trigger twice.
If only one goes off then bang the end of the stock on the butt pad hard with the palm of your hand and pull the trigger again, the second barrel should go off, if not try again. Or you may need to push the barrel selector over to do the second barrel.
