I think that 8 days for Ł1200 is cheap when you take into account insurance, wages and feed let alone all the other bits that crop up. I would suggest placing an ad in the local rag or somewhere and getting the people who understand shooting and the work involved as syndicate members. Without knowing them I am reluctant to say this, but feel I will anyway, they seem to be 'bang boys'. Those that are only interested in pulling the trigger, not the conservation work and gamekeping that goes along with it. Get them all to read Private thoughts from a small shoot, and then ask them again.
