Yes but you have to be a member of a club to show good reason. Probably the best club for your purposes is the Historical Breechloaders (HBSA) or contact the NRA at Bisley. There is a big group of people shooting old military rifles in this country. If you want a sampler get along to the next NRA open day in September, its a fantastic day out.
