I got a number 10 opinel in the end.
Only £7 off the net.
Works a treat and keeps it edge, So good that I have ordered a set of Opinel kitchen knives.
The only gripe I have is that the blade goes a bit rusty if not dried after washing and it has watermarks on it.
Oh well!
