Hi Robert

Sorry to drag up an old post - but you are incorrect, the litter (or an individual pup) MUST be registered by the breeder within 12 months of the whelping (later registrations are possible in extreme circumstances)

Good luck on the 11th, sorry I cant make it this year, maybe next!
