Shipping gundogs to the US

I currently own a Willowyck/Hamford Lab in the US, who everyone loves. My English neighbors want a dog just like him and I have suggested that on their next one month vacation to the UK they try to pick up a well bred puppy. I know from attending the IGL Retriever Championship a few years ago that a number of breeders have experience in sending dogs to the US. Does anyone have any knowledge of the process of shipping pups or know any breeders who are adept at this. Thanks Tom
