retrieving

14 month old lab was retrieving well now wants to play with dummy any ideas why or how to cure thanks

I reckon that you have overdone the dummy work - the dog will have got bored or it is just going through the motions.
Don't let it have a retrieve for a week then just slip a few into the walk (only 1 or 2)
Make it interesting, don't do it in the same place all the time, vary the retrieve (ball, dummy, dummy with rabbit skin, dummy with bird wing etc)
I'm sure it will soon be back to normal
