Pop up hides....HELP

Hi,
I have one of these pop up type hides, comes in a round bag, and pops up into shape as soon as you take it out
Problem...How the hell do you fold them back up easoly. It came with no intructions, only saying it goes up in 10 seconds, folds away in 10 seconds. Ive managed it once through a hour of trial and error..
Just wondering if anyone else has one, or better still some instructions.

It's a little difficult to explain in words, but the one I have goes like this. Get it folded down so it's laying flat and the spring rings should be in a large circle. Grab the rings together and twist them into a figure eight - a helper is a good thing here. Then fold the figure eight in half so it is one circle, rather than two and it should fit in the bag.
