Hunting in the French Alps
      #2222 - 09/12/2007 20:44

Hi To all the members of Shooting UK from the French Alps! As you are probably aware we have a different attitude towards hunting here in France. I would be delighted to hear from anyone who is interested in coming here to experience some truly exceptional hunting. Wild boar, mouflon ( a very large goat-like animal ), deer and many different waterfowl species. If you would like to know more leave a message and I will contact you.
Merry Christmas

Hi All
I apologise if you have been waiting for this reply. Just spent 2 glorious weeks rough shooting in the Languedoc. Just to put everyone in the picture. I am responsible for the maintenance on several holiday chalets here in the Haute Savoie. The owners, mainly absentees, are also into 'Chasse' and are happy to have UK hunters out of ski season. Depending on the weather the months of October, November and some of December are available and sometimes the first 2 weeks of April. During the summer I rely on a colleague who has a private shooting estate.
I am currently re-negotiating costs for the coming year and will publish the figures on my website gallois.co.nr On the site you will find more information about whats available.
