Gundogs

Hello as a previous owner of Springers as Gundogs I would like as many opinions as possible on Chocolate Labradors. Since my Meg died I have not replaced her as we had a close bond.

Now my wife is insisting that we have a choc lab but I'v heard mixed reports on their ability as a working dog.

I personally would consider a wire haired pointer as I have seen a couple of these perform very well recently.

Any feedback would be helpful.

I recently read John Humphries articles on chocks but would like as many opinions as possible.

Many Thanks

Clover
