Hello all,
My 11 week old Springer keeps bitting both me and my partner, I've been told this will stop but does anybody know at what age?

Thats perfectly normal, most do it and most grow out of it. When it does it again just a gentle tap on its nose with the definate command NO! Keep doing it and it will stop. Also give it lots of praise every time it does something right, they love to please once they know how, as you will find when training but they are nuts and thats what I love about them. I wouldn`t have anything else. One little useful tip is keep taking its toys away from it,it will help the pup to learn not to bite and not to worry but you must give them back within 15 seconds, it helps them give up game aswell. Do it with bones etc (food) it will build up trust in both of you. If you have kids get them to do it aswell, but only under your supervision or they will do it to much. Good luck.

Thanks Robert,
He is nuts, I can confirm that and he is proving very responsive to other basic puppy training. He's also happy to give his toys and food up.
Thanks for the tips.
Regards, Robin.
