Game Fair Car Share
      #3443 - 08/07/2008 14:39

For those of us in the North of England who failed to get to the cancelled CLA Game Fair at Harewood last year, the thought of a trip to Blenheim is daunting. Not only is it a long drive, but with the rising cost of fuel it’s a lot more expensive.

It strikes me that online forums could be a good place to negotiate a bit of money-saving eco-friendly car sharing for an event of this kind. If anyone’s going on the Friday from Cumbria or North Lancashire, and would welcome an extra passenger, maybe you could PM me? Others may wish to post their ‘lift offered’ or ‘lift wanted’ requests here.

Seems to me that that's an excellent idea — and a good way to meet up with like-minded shooters in your area. Thanks for the suggestion Dave.

Never let it be said that shooters don't have the environment close to their hearts!

Alastair.

Why not a mini-bus or two ?
