hi, Last year i recieved a rotating pigeon magnet, it works very well and occasionally attracts jays, crows and magpies. The salesman told me i could put a real pigeon on the end and it would make it more attractive, the only problem is that I don't know how to put a real pigeon on it, i have looked it up on the web but all the similar magnets have different pieces that the pigeon should be attached to, this particular one has the main black pole which is supposed to go through the anal passage into the base of the skull, their are some wing supports too which i attached. After putting put this on the rotator the pigeon looked like it was flying sideways. This doesn't appear to make sense. Can somebody please tell me how this is meant to be setup bearing in mind it doesn't have any corner pieces?
Thank you

It sounds as if your pole is in a straight line - it should be bent at an angle of 90 degree at the top (bird end). If its made of rolled steel you could easily do it yourself.
