Good News the HSE has granted an exemption to shooters of storing smokless powders/primers

We can now store up to 15kg of smokless powder & 15kg of primers as from 30 jan 2012 instead of registering your premises with the police!

I love you HSE! but since I store rocket motors too, I don't benfit from this exemption!
