SHooting rights and the law
      13/12/2007 16:12

I have a queery with regards to shooting rights and the law in northern Ireland, There is an estate (Eley Estate) to which the Shooting Club of which i am a member lease the shooting rights from the trustees of the estate in question, recently there have appeared nop shooting signs and also people (Land Owners, Farmers) have attempted to remove shooters ( members of the club who pay dues to shoot the ground) from thier lands stating trespassing as the fault, Where do we stand with regards to this ?
Do we pay heed to the no shooting signs on ground which the estate owns the shooting rights of ?
Can these farmers remove us from the ground or threaten to do so ?
If there is damage to vehicles are we within the law ?
