Shooting + Epilepsy
      25/02/2008 14:53

Hello there,

I am a 16 year old currently learning to shoot. I have shot my boyfriends 410 and 12 bore under supervision of his father, and have a .22 air rifle of my own. Now i am still very new to shooting and am not interested in getting a license for either firearms or shotguns until im 18. But the sad thing is, i have epilepsy and it is quite bad at the minute (for me anyway) with me having 3 sometimes 4 fits per month. What id like to know is, would having epilepsy stop me from obtaining a gun license? (for either firearms or shotguns)Any info on the laws regarding guns and epilpsy would be very much appreicated, thankyou!

-Melissa
